It’s easy to make errors in Social. Even easier to do so when you hand your protagonists a gift as both Michele Obama and Ann Coulter did this past week when the first lady tried to help by hold up a “bring back our girls” sign, and Coulter tried to use it for political gain by saying “bring back our country”. Nothing like offering up a blank canvas. Both were trying to forward their cause and inadvertently handed over a meme machine that will be used again, and again and… you get the idea.
Moral of the story. Images are important and powerful. Be careful what you post.
